Room Rental Lease
I. PARTIES INVOLVED

II. TERM OF LEASE
The term of this Lease shall commence on February 1, 2069, and shall end on January 31, 2070, unless terminated earlier as provided in this Lease.
III. RENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Tenant agrees to pay Landlord a monthly rent of $800.00.
The rent is due on the 1st day of each month.

Either party may terminate this Lease by providing 30 days written notice prior to the lease termination date.

X. INSPECTIONS
The Landlord may enter the Premises at reasonable times for inspections or repairs with 24 hours' notice to the Tenant, except in cases of emergency.
XI. GOVERNING LAW
This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
