One Page Event Planner Contract
This agreement is made between [YOUR NAME] of [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Event Planner") and Garfield Williams ("Client") for the event scheduled on June 15, 2059 at Raleigh, NC 27601.
SERVICES:
Event Planner will provide event coordination, planning, venue decoration, catering, and vendor management as per the agreed-upon terms.
PAYMENT:
Client agrees to pay $5,000 as the total fee, with a deposit of $1,500 due upon signing. The remaining balance of $3,500 is due no later than June 1, 2059.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
