5 Steps to Make a Meal Planner

Step 1: Find time to plan your meal.
Before you get too busy with the household chores during the weekend, find time to basic plan your meal for next week. Grab your digital device or your pen and paper and start thinking about what you should prepare for the week to follow. It is important to plan everything so that you’ll have more time to go to the grocery store and purchase the ingredients.
Step 2: Check if there are other events you need to attend during that week.
