Services

• Lighting and Electrical Maintenance
  Includes replacement, repair, and upgrade of the internal and external lighting fixtures of the building.
  
  
• Plumbing Maintenance
  Includes replacement, repair, and retrofit the plumbing pipes and fixtures of the building.
  
  
• HVAC Maintenance
  Includes regular monitoring, installation, and repair of the building’s HVAC system and units.

Pricing

Terms & Conditions

1. The Parties
   This proposal (“The Proposal”) shall legally bind [Seymour Brown] (“The Company Representative”) and [Digital Fortress Inc.] (“The Client”).
   
   
2. Payment
   50% of the total payment will be collected prior to the provision of goods/services. The remaining balance will be paid no more than 10 business days after the services have been rendered.
   
   
3. Damage & Loss
   Any loss and/or damage to premises will be at the expense of The Company unless legally proven that it was intentionally damaged by The Client, regardless of purpose.
   
   
4. Confidentiality
   All of the terms and conditions in The Proposal will be kept confidential from any third party.
