Agreement Contract
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this first day of January 2050 (the "Effective Date") by and between Mike Howard, residing at 707 Walnut Avenue, Suite 33, Riverdale, TX 75002, (the "Creditor") and Liam Hendricks, residing at 123 Starlight Road, Suite 22, Celestial Springs, FL 54321 (the "Debtor").
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DEBT
The Debtor hereby acknowledges that they owe the Creditor an aggregate amount of $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars only).
2. PAYMENT TERMS
The Debtor agrees to make payments to the Creditor in the amount of $100 every month, payable on or before the first of each month, starting from February 1, 2050. These payment installments will take place over a duration of 10 months until the total sum has been fully paid.
3. DEFAULT ON PAYMENT
If the Debtor defaults on this Agreement, the Creditor shall be entitled to immediately demand for the entire amount of Debt. Failure to enforce any clause in this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such clause.
4. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be decided in the court of law in the jurisdiction of Texas.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall supersede any prior understandings or agreements, either verbal or written, between the parties. Alterations to this Agreement can only be amended in writing.
7. SIGNATURES
Both parties, by their signatures below, agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement in understanding and with mutual consent, thereby legally binding themselves to this agreement.
