Freelance Contract
1. Introduction
This Freelance Graphic Design and Branding Services Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of [Date], between [Your Name] (the "Client"), located at [Client's Address], and [Freelancer's Name] (the "Freelancer"), located at [Freelancer's Address]. 2. Scope of Work

3. Payment
3.1 Compensation
The Client shall compensate the Freelancer for the Services rendered at the rate of [Rate] per hour/day/project, as agreed upon by the Parties.

5. Confidentiality

5.2 Restrictions
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing Party.
6. Termination

6.2 Compensation Upon Termination
Upon termination, the Client shall compensate the Freelancer for any Services rendered up to the date of termination, as outlined in Exhibit B.
