Freelancer Contract
This Contract for Freelancing Services, herein referred to as the "Contract", will hereby be established and entered into by and between the two parties involved, the first being identified as Jessica Thompson, from this point forward referred to as the "Client", and the second party is identified as [Your Name], who will be referred to as the "Freelancer", beginning its effectivity and enforceability starting from the date of October 1, 2050.
Services Agreement
The Freelancer agrees to provide services ('Services') as described in Attachment A, attached hereto, for the Client under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Freelancer agrees that the Services shall be completed professionally and shall be of a quality at least equal to current industry standards.
Payment Terms
The payment for the services to be provided by the Freelancer to the Client will be as per the schedule described in Attachment B (Payment Schedule), attached to this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided in Attachment B, payment shall be due on November 15, 2050.
Confidentiality
During the term of this Agreement, and for 12 months following termination of this Agreement, neither party shall disclose any proprietary or confidential information relating to the Services, as defined under Attachment C, without the prior written consent of the other party.
Term and Termination
This Contract will commence on October 1, 2050, and continue until October 1, 2051, unless earlier terminated following the provisions in Attachment D (Termination Clauses) of this Agreement.
Independent Contractor
Freelancer shall perform his obligations under this Agreement as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any other relationship with Client.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to jurisdiction in New Mexico's Jurisdiction.
Amendments
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing, signed by each party.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and there have been no promises, representations, agreements, warranties, or undertakings by either of the parties, either oral or written, except as stated in this Agreement.
