Sale Contract

Warranties and Representation

Risk of Loss or Damage and Insurance
Any loss or damage to the vehicle after the sale has been completed is the Buyer's responsibility. The buyer agrees to maintain a proper insurance policy for the vehicle.
Disputes
This Agreement will be construed by and governed by the laws of Chicago. Any disputes under this agreement that cannot be resolved by the parties will be decided by the Court of Chicago.
