Makeup Artist Contract

This Contract is made as of this [Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Your Company Name] (referred to as the "Salon"), and [Makeup Artist Full Name] (referred to as "Makeup Artist").

1. Services Agreement

Under the terms of this Agreement, the Makeup Artist will provide bridal makeup services exclusively to Salon's clientele ( "Services" ). Scheduling, service outlines, and payment rates will be defined explicitly in Appendix A attached hereto, and incorporated by reference.

2. Terms and Termination

The agreement term identified herein will initiate its run on the date it becomes effective. The run of this agreement will remain in continuous effect until reaching the stipulated termination or end date. Nevertheless, this agreement may also be cut short or formally brought to an end earlier than the specified end date, provided such action falls within the confines of the specific provisions or conditions outlined within this agreement.

3. Payment

About the services that the Makeup Artist will provide under the stipulations of this Agreement, there is an expectation that the Salon will give compensation to the Makeup Artist. This will be based on a rate that has been established, as well as a payment schedule that has been defined previously. More detailed information on both the rate and payment schedule can be found in Appendix B attached to this Agreement.

4. Independent Contractor Status

The individual acting in the capacity of the Makeup Artist maintains their status as an independent contractor. There should be no interpretation or understanding of a traditional, standard employer-employee relationship between the premise commonly known as the Salon and the individual who is serving as the Makeup Artist based on the stipulations and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

All information related to the services provided under this Agreement will be treated by the Salon and the Makeup Artist as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the other party.

6. Arbitration

If any disagreements or conflicts should arise as a result of, or in connection with this Agreement, these will be settled through binding arbitration. The procedure and rules of the nominated Arbitration Body applicable at that time will be used to guide this arbitration process and resolve the dispute.

7. Governing Law

The stipulations and conditions within this Agreement will be under the direct governance and interpretation following the laws specific to the jurisdictive area mentioned as [Jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Salon and the Makeup Artist and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
