5. Cancellation Policy

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Both parties involved in this agreement have mutually decided to strictly adhere to all relevant laws and regulations that oversee the provision of services related to barbering. 7. Liability and Indemnity
The Barber shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the provision of barbering services, except in cases of negligence. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Barber from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the services provided under this Contract.
8. Dispute Resolution
