Moving Contract
This Moving Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into on the [Date] (the “Effective Date”), by and between:
[Client's Name], an individual, residing at [Client's Address] (“Party A”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party A”), and
[Your Company Name], a company organized and existing under the laws of the [Your State], with its head office located at [Your Company Address] (“Party B”).
1. SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Party B shall provide packing, loading, transportation, and delivery services to Party A. The services shall be performed professionally and competently, according to the standards of the industry.
2. SERVICE AND LOCATION
2.1 Date of Service
The moving services will take place on [Date], starting at [Start Time] and concluding by [End Time].
2.2 Location
The services are to be delivered at the [Client's Address] and are to be transported to [Final Destination Address].
3. PAYMENT
Party A agrees to pay Party B a total fee of [Amount] for the performance of the Services. The payment shall be made no later than [Date].
4. LIABILITY
Except for damages caused by Party B’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, Party B shall not be liable to Party A, or any other party, for any loss or damage to the property.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Contract will commence on the Effective Date and continue until completion of Services unless earlier terminated by either Party per this Agreement.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Insert Governing State].
