WORK FOR HIRE CONTRACT

Both parties agree to keep and hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

The Contractor shall indemnify and hold the Client harmless from any damage, liability, or cost relating to the services provided under this Contract.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], United States.
