SALES LEAD SHARING CONTRACT
This Sales Lead Sharing Contract ("Contract") is entered into on the 15th day of November 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], registered at [Your Company Address], and [Second Party Name] headquartered at [Second Party Address], hereinafter collectively referred to as "Parties."

Terms and Conditions
Lead Sharing Agreement
The Parties agree to share sales leads, hereinafter referred to as "Leads," that have the potential to benefit the respective businesses. Leads may include but are not limited to potential customers, clients, and business opportunities.
Lead Quality
The Parties shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Leads shared are accurate, relevant, and of high quality. Each Party is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the Leads they provide.
Confidentiality
The Parties agree to treat all shared Leads as confidential information. They shall not disclose or use the Leads for any purpose other than the intended collaboration outlined in this Contract.
Non-Exclusivity
This Contract does not create an exclusive partnership between the Parties. Each Party is free to collaborate with other businesses and share Leads with third parties.
Lead Ownership
The ownership of Leads remains with the Party that generated or acquired the Leads. The receiving Party is granted a non-exclusive license to use these Leads for the purposes of this Contract.
Lead Distribution
The Parties shall agree on a fair and equitable distribution process for Leads. The distribution process may include factors such as industry relevance, lead source, and geographic location.
Termination
Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other Party. Termination shall not affect the confidentiality obligations regarding Leads shared before termination.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this Contract, the Parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state or jurisdiction where the lead-sharing agreement was initiated.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the lead-sharing agreement was initiated.
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
