SALES TRAINER CONTRACT
This Sales Trainer Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], herein referred to as the Company, and [Sales Trainer's Name], having a permanent address at [Sales Trainer's Address], herein referred to as the Sales Trainer, as of [Contract Start Date].
I. Scope of Services
