Sales Negative Feedback Resolution Contract

V. Confidentiality

VI. Dispute Resolution

VII. Termination
Either the first party or the second party holds the privilege or the right to bring an end to this Contract or agreement. Rather, it should be executed through a formal notice that should be written down and then delivered to the other party as an official communication of the intention to terminate the Contract.
VIII. Governing Law
