VENDING MACHINE CONTRACT
This Vending Machine Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between:
[Vendor's Name], located at [Vendor Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor",
and
[Client's Name], located at [Client Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Client".

1. Objective
The Vendor agrees to provide vending machine services to the Client at the designated location(s) specified herein, and the Client agrees to utilize the services of the Vendor under the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
2. Term
This Contract shall commence on January 1, 2050, and shall continue for 12 months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms herein.
3. Services
a. The Vendor shall install, maintain, and service vending machines at the Client's designated location(s) as mutually agreed upon.
b. The vending machines shall be stocked with a variety of products as specified by the Client, subject to availability and legal restrictions.
c. The Vendor shall ensure that the vending machines are in proper working condition at all times and promptly address any malfunctions or issues.
4. Payments
a. The Client agrees to pay the Vendor a fee of $500 per month for the vending machine services provided herein.
b. Payments shall be made every month within 30 days from the date of invoice.
5. Termination
a. Either party may terminate this Contract upon 30 days written notice to the other party.
b. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for the removal of any products remaining in the vending machines at the termination date.
6. Liability
a. The Vendor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the vending machines, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Vendor.
b. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Vendor harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client's use of the vending machines.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during this Contract.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
