Driver Contract
1. Introduction
1.1 Title
This document shall be known as the Driver Contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Contract".
1.2 Parties
[Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and [Driver's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Driver".
1.3 Date
This Contract is entered into as of the 20th day of January 2055.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
The Driver agrees to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Transport passengers or cargo to designated locations promptly.
The Driver shall operate the assigned vehicle(s) responsibly and maintain them in a clean and safe condition.
The Driver shall adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle(s) and ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and pedestrians.
The Driver shall promptly report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the Company.
3. Working Hours
The Driver's working hours shall be 8 Hours per Day, with any additional hours subject to mutual agreement between the Driver and the Company.
4. Compensation
The Company agrees to compensate the Driver at the rate of [Amount] per Hour. Payment shall be made on the 1st and 15th of each month via Cash or Bank Transfer.
5. Insurance
The Company shall provide insurance coverage for the Driver and the vehicle(s) per applicable laws and regulations.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this contract with 15 day's notice in writing. In the event of termination, the Driver shall return any company-owned property in their possession.
7. Confidentiality
The Driver agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all company-related information obtained during employment, including but not limited to, customer details, route information, and any proprietary information.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country].
9. Entire Agreement
This contract contains the entire contract between the Company and the Driver and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them.
