Cleaning Business Contract
This Cleaning Services Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between Bright Clean Solutions LLC, herein referred to as "Client," represented by Ms. Sarah Johnson, residing at 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA, and Sparkle Cleaning Services, herein referred to as "Company," represented by Mr. David Smith, located at 456 Oak Avenue, Sometown, USA.
Engagement
The Client, as referred to in this document, officially and explicitly takes the initiative to hire the Company. The sole purpose of this engagement is for the Company to deliver and oversee efficient cleaning services. Term

Work Allocation

Compensation

Rights and Obligations
Client Responsibilities:

Confidentiality
Both parties involved have come to a mutual agreement where they will uphold the obligation to ensure the protection and confidentiality of any information deemed proprietary or sensitive, that may be obtained or exchanged during the duration of the cleaning arrangement made between them.
Governing Law
The interpretation, application, and management of the obligations contained within this contract shall all be subjected to, controlled by, and interpreted by the legal statutes, regulations, and rules that are in force within the jurisdiction of [State/Country].
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
