LAND SALE CONTRACT
This Land Sale Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into this [Date] (the "Effective Date") by and between [Your Name], with an address located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and [Buyer's Name], with an address located at [Buyer's Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). Seller and Buyer may collectively be referred to as the "Parties."

2. PURCHASE PRICE

4. DELIVERY OF DEED

Seller shall convey marketable title to the Property to Buyer, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and defects in title, subject only to easements, restrictions, and covenants of record.
6. INSPECTION AND DUE DILIGENCE
Buyer shall have [Inspection Period] days from the Effective Date to conduct any investigations, inspections, and due diligence regarding the Property.
7. DEFAULT
If either Party fails to perform any of the terms of this Contract, the non-defaulting Party has the right to pursue any remedies available under law.
