1.8 Technical Support
Ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
1.9 E-commerce Integration
Integration of an e-commerce platform with the website, including product listings, payment gateways, and order management features.
2. Payment Terms
The client has committed to remit payment to the company in the stipulated amount for the services that have been provided. Upon receipt of the invoice, the payment, which must be made in the agreed-upon currency, is expected to be fulfilled within the framework of the agreed-upon payment terms, counting from the day the invoice is received.
3. Term and Termination

4. Confidentiality

7. Governing Law
The stipulations, terms, and conditions that are set forth within this Contract, including its construction and application, shall be primarily interpreted and executed by the established legal rules and regulations of the specified State or Country.
8. Entire Agreement
This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
