HVAC INSTALLATION CONTRACT
I. Parties Involved:
This HVAC Installation Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Effective Date], between:

II.III Services Included: The services encompass the installation, testing, and commissioning of the HVAC system. This includes ductwork, wiring, piping, and any other necessary components for a complete and operational system.
II.IV Timeline: it is anticipated that the initiation of the work will take place. Completion, however, is conditioned upon the potential presence of unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Additionally, alterations that may be mutually agreed upon by both involved parties can also provoke changes to the completion time frame.
III. Terms and Conditions:
III.I Payment: The client agrees to pay the Contractor the total sum of $10,000 for the services rendered under this Contract. Payment will be made in installments as follows: 30% deposit upon signing, 30% upon delivery of materials, 40% upon completion.
III.II Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs incurred due to changes in scope will be borne by the Client.
III.III Warranty: Contractor warrants that all work performed under this Contract will be of good quality and free from defects for a period of [Warranty Period] from the date of completion. Any defects discovered during this period will be rectified by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Client.
III.IV Permits and Regulations: The contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and licenses required for the installation of the HVAC system. Compliance with local building codes and regulations is the responsibility of the Contractor.
III.V Insurance: The contractor agrees to maintain adequate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, throughout the project.
