Freelance Programmer Contract

This Freelance Programmer Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of May 05, 2050, (the "Effective Date") by and between:

SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES

• The Freelancer agrees to provide programming services (the “Services”) as described in the project specification provided by the Client and agreed upon by the Freelancer. The Services may involve:

  • Developing a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms

  • Implementing backend server functionalities

  • Integrating third-party APIs for payment processing

COMPENSATION

• As full consideration for the Services rendered by the Freelancer, the Client shall pay the Freelancer a sum of $5,000 to be paid on a bi-weekly basis upon completion of project milestones.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Subject to the rights granted to the Client under this Contract, all title and intellectual property rights in the developed software shall belong to the Client upon receipt of full payment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• Both parties agree to protect the confidential information of the other, including but not limited to project details, source code, and business strategies.

PARTIES INDEPENDENT

• The Client and Freelancer are independent parties and nothing in this Contract shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between them.

TERM AND TERMINATION

• This Agreement commences on May 05, 2050, and will continue in full force and effect until the completion of the project or termination by either party with a 30-day notice period.

GOVERNING LAW

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the [State/Country].

DISCLAIMERS AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Client shall indemnify and hold Freelancer harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client's use of the developed software.

MISCELLANEOUS
