Statement Of Work (SOW) Contract

I. Description of Service
he Service Provider agrees to provide IT Consulting Services, including but not limited to software development, system integration, and technical support, as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
II. Scope of Work
The scope of work shall encompass all tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables necessary to complete the IT Consulting Services in accordance with industry standards and the Client's requirements as outlined in Exhibit A.
