Snow Plow Contract
This Snow Plow Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into on [Date], by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] and [CLIENT'S NAME], (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), having its primary place of business at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS]. Collectively referred to as the "Parties".
Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide snow removal services to the Client according to the following terms:
Clearing of driveways, sidewalks, pathways, and parking lots located at the Client's property (the "Property").
Snow removal shall be conducted promptly following each snowfall event, with priority given to ensuring safe access and egress for occupants and visitors of the Property.
De-icing and application of anti-icing agents may be provided at the discretion of the Service Provider or as agreed upon between the parties.
Term
The term of this Contract shall commence on [Start Date] and continue until [End Date] unless terminated earlier by the provisions set forth herein.
Payment
The total contract price for snow removal services under this Contract is [Total Contract Price], payable as follows:
An initial deposit of [Deposit Amount] is due upon execution of this Contract.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the parties under this Contract shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Service Provider's Responsibilities
Prompt and diligent provision of snow removal services by industry standards.
Maintenance and repair of snow removal equipment necessary for the performance of services.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing snow removal activities.
Client's Responsibilities
Providing unobstructed access to the Property for the Service Provider's equipment and personnel.
Notifying the Service Provider of any special requirements or considerations regarding snow removal.
Indemnifying and holding harmless the Service Provider from any claims arising out of the Client's negligence or breach of contract.
Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may occur due to weather conditions, temperature changes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
Termination
In case of a significant contract violation by one party, either party holds the right to invalidate this agreement through written notice given [Number] days in advance, provided the party not at fault is allowed to rectify the said violation within a fair time frame. Upon termination, the Client is obligated to compensate the Service Provider for all services provided up to the termination effective date, along with any termination charges outlined in this contract.
Governing Law
