Free Bridal Contract

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Full refund if canceled within 60 days of the event; 50% refund if canceled within 30 days.
4.2 Cancellation by Service Provider:
Circumstances under which the Service Provider may cancel: Extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy: Full refund if canceled by the Service Provider; alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
5. Responsibilities
5.1 Clients' Responsibilities:
Provide necessary information and preferences
Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule
Cooperate with the Service Provider
5.2 Service Provider's Responsibilities:
Provide services as outlined in the contract
Ensure quality and timely delivery of services
Coordinate with other vendors (if applicable)
6. Liability
6.1 Service Provider's Liability:
Limitation of liability for unforeseen circumstances: Limited to the amount paid by the Clients
Indemnification clause: Clients agree to indemnify the Service Provider against any claims arising from their actions or omissions.
6.2 Clients' Liability:
Responsibility for damages caused by the Clients or their guests: Clients agree to compensate for any damages incurred.
7. Force Majeure

8. Dispute Resolution
