Official Contract
This Official Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] ("Party A"), and [Client's Company Name], with its principal place of business located at [Client's Address] ("Party B"). Hereinafter, Party A and Party B may be collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party."
Purpose

Term

Scope of Work/Services

Compensation
In consideration for the services rendered under this Contract, Party A shall provide annual funding of $50,000 to Party B to support the Program. Payment shall be made in four equal installments of $12,500, due on the first day of each calendar quarter.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep private any sensitive information revealed during this contract, including curriculum materials, financial records, and participant information and only use it as needed for this contract.
Termination
Both parties can end this contract by written notice if a serious breach isn't fixed within 30 days of notice. After termination, all responsibilities end except confidentiality and due payments which must remain.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the [State].
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
