Probation Contract
This Probation Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] between [Your Name], located at [Your Address] ("Employer"), and [Employee Name], residing at [Employee Address] ("Employee").
I. Probationary Period:
The period of probation is set to commence on the date specified as [Start Date]. This specific duration will remain in effect for the agreed-upon time frame, indicated as [Duration]. However, there are conditions under which this duration may either be extended beyond the initially agreed-upon period or may also be terminated earlier. III. Evaluation:
Employer agrees to conduct regular evaluations of Employee's performance during the probationary period.
Evaluation meetings will be held on [Frequency], during which Employees will receive feedback on their performance and progress toward meeting the established performance expectations.
Employer reserves the right to extend the probationary period if deemed necessary based on Employee's performance.
IV. Termination:

In the event of termination, the Employee will be entitled to receive payment for any accrued but unused vacation days by company policy.
V. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

This commitment to secrecy and discretion applies not only during the employee's probationary period but also extends beyond that time, continuing even after the probation period has concluded.
VI. Governing Law:
This Contract, in all respects, such as its validity, construction, interpretation, and enforcement, shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
VII. Entire Agreement:
