1. Introduction

5.2.2 Professional Maintenance Services: The Client may opt to hire a Contractor or a qualified professional to perform maintenance services on the irrigation system. The cost of such services shall be borne by the Client and is not included in the contract price.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate this Contract at any time by providing written notice to the Contractor. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Contractor for all work completed up to the date of termination, as well as any applicable termination fees.
6.2 Termination by Contractor
