• Follow-up: Committee Chair Sarah Thompson will coordinate with Skyline Contractors and schedule the renovation.

2. Community Outreach Program

Member Emily Rivers proposed a new outreach initiative targeting local high schools.

• Decision: Approved the program. Emily Rivers will oversee implementation and report progress at the next meeting.

Reports

• Pastoral Report: Pastor John Mark reported on recent baptisms and highlighted upcoming events, including the Community Fair. Emphasized the need for volunteers for Unity High School's mentorship program.

• Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Liam Dawson updated the church’s finances. Current balance: $28,500 in the general fund.

• Committee Reports: Committee Chair Sarah Thompson reported on the youth group’s fundraising progress, with recent events generating $1,200.

Old Business

Church Sound System Upgrade: Installation status update. The sound system is expected to be fully operational by March 5, 2050.

• Decision: No further actions are required at this time.

New Business

Annual Church Picnic: Member David Lee proposed new activities, including a community talent showcase and updated menu options.
