1. Opening Prayer
2. Approval of Previous Minutes
The minutes from the October 29, 2050, meeting were reviewed.
Motion to approve: David Lee
Seconded by: Jessica Green
Approved unanimously.
3. Reports
Pastor’s Report:
Pastor Linda discussed the recent sermon series "Living in Hope" and its positive impact on congregational attendance.
Announced the upcoming Advent services beginning December 3, 2050.
Treasurer’s Report:
Youth Ministry Report:
Michael Brown shared plans for the youth winter retreat scheduled for January 12-14, 2051.
Encouraged parents to volunteer for transportation and chaperoning.
4. Old Business
Fall Festival:
The Fall Festival on October 28 was well-attended, with over 150 community members participating.
Received positive feedback regarding activities and food.
5. New Business
Thanksgiving Service Planning:
Scheduled for November 22, 2050.
Rachel Adams will lead the music coordination.
A church-wide potluck will follow the service; congregants are encouraged to bring dishes to share.
Christmas Program:
Discussed the annual Christmas program set for December 17, 2050.
Volunteers are needed for decorations, music, and promotion. Sign-up sheets will be placed in the foyer.
6. Announcements
The church will host a blood drive on November 10, 2050, with details to be shared in the Sunday bulletin.
A reminder of the church board meeting scheduled for November 12, 2050.
