Admission

• Exhibitors must remain at their booths from 8:30 AM for set-up until the event ends.

Exhibitor Rules

• All promotional materials must be contained within your booth space.

• No additional lighting or electrical equipment is permitted without prior approval.

Conduct

• Exhibitors are required to act professionally at all times.

• Aggressive sales strategies will not be accepted.

• Exhibitors must ensure their booth area remains clean.

Attendee Rules

Behavior

• Attendees must behave respectfully towards exhibitors and other attendees.

• Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises.

Purchasing Books

• All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds.

• Please handle books with care.

Safety Rules

Emergency Procedures
