Contract
This Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 5, 2052, by and between [Your Name], located at 798 Pine Street, Springfield, IL 62704 ("Party 1"), and Lynnette Delgado, located at 456 Oak Avenue, Metropolis, IL 62960 ("Party 2"). The parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
I. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the parties will enter into a binding contract for website development services.
II . Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on October 10, 2052, and continue until February 10, 2053, unless terminated earlier as per the Agreement's terms.
III. Responsibilities of the Parties
3.1 Duties of Party 1
Party 1 agrees to provide the necessary content, design preferences, and timely feedback for the website development process.
3.2 Duties of Party 2
Party 2 agrees to design, develop, and launch the website according to the specifications provided by Party 1 and within the agreed timeline.
IV. Payment Terms
Party 1 agrees to pay Party 2 $15,000 USD for the services provided under this Agreement, payable under the following terms: 50% upfront upon signing the agreement, 25% upon completion of the design phase, and the remaining 25% upon the final launch of the website. Payments will be made via bank transfer.
V. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any and all proprietary information disclosed by the other party under this Agreement.
VI. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Party 2 shall be compensated for all work performed up to the termination date.
VII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA.
VIII. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
