Business Contract for Services
1. Parties
This Business Contract for Services ("Contract") is made and entered into on this [Date] by and between:

2. Services
The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services ("Services"):

Monthly Deep Cleaning
Quarterly Window Washing
3. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total amount of $25,000 for the Services rendered. Payment shall be made as follows:
50% ($12,500) upfront upon signing this contract.
50% ($12,500) upon completion of the services.

4. Term and Termination
