Construction Contract Proposal
1. Introduction
This Construction Contract Proposal (the "Contract") is entered into effective as of [Date], by and between [Client Name] ("Client") and [Your Name] ("Contractor").
2. Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to perform the construction services as outlined in the attached project plan (the "Project Plan"). The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Any additional work not outlined in the Project Plan must be authorized in writing by the Client.
3. Timeline
The Contractor agrees to commence work on [Date] and to complete the project by [Date]. A detailed project schedule is attached to this Contract.
4. Payment Terms

5. Warranties
The Contractor warrants that all work performed under this Contract will be in accordance with industry standards and free from defects. The Contractor will remedy any defects in workmanship within a period of one year from the date of project completion.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay the Contractor for all work completed up to the date of termination.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
