Free Goal Alignment
This board is designed for collecting, organizing, and prioritizing feedback on products and outcomes from multiple team members. The top section presents eight distinct cards (01 to 08), each likely containing detailed instructions or a specific question related to a product or strategy. For example, cards 02 and 03 ask "How do we report this product to improve product line?" and "How do we report this product to affect the 'bottom line'?"
The main working area of the board is structured as a grid. The left column lists three team members: "Kim Salt," "Julius Peppers," and "Tobias Ohsweiler." Each team member has a dedicated row to provide their feedback. The horizontal axis contains various questions, mirroring the content of the top cards, such as "How do we report this product to improve product line?," "What do satisfied customers do to support our other initiatives?," and "What 'wild' ideas do we want to explore?" Team members use color-coded sticky notes (yellow, green, blue, pink, purple) to input their responses under each question, allowing for quick visual categorization of ideas. The rightmost section is a "Drag your 3 most important outcomes here" area, segmented into "Short term: 3 - 12 months" and "Long term: 1 - 3 years." This final step enables the team to collectively prioritize key outcomes based on the collected feedback, making this a comprehensive tool for collaborative strategic planning and decision-making.
