CONTRACT FOR SERVICES RENDERED
This Contract For Services Rendered ("Contract") is entered into this 12th day of February, in the year 2050, by and between [your name] [your company name], with a principal place of business at [your company address], hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and Catherine Smith, with a principal business address of 3298 Skinner Hollow Road, Florence OR, hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Service Provider shall perform services for the Client as described in comprehensive marketing and branding services, including market research, content creation, social media management, and SEO optimization, to enhance the Client's online presence and customer engagement.
2. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
The Service Provider shall commence providing services on the 14th of February 2050 and will continue until the 14th of July 2050, unless this Contract is earlier terminated in accordance with its terms.
3. COMPENSATION
In consideration for the services to be performed by the Service Provider, the Client agrees to pay the Service Provider an amount of $12,000 to be paid on the third of each month.
4. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Contract upon 15 days of written notice if the other party materially breaches any of the terms of this Contract.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep information regarding the terms, conditions, and services of this Contract confidential.
6. NON-DISCLOSURE OF TRADE SECRETS
Service Provider agrees to consider all information provided by Client in relation to this Contract as confidential and promises not to disclose any such information or use for any other purpose than the completion of the services outlined herein.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/state of Oregon.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
SIGNATURES
This Contract shall be signed by Alice Compton, the Service Provider, and Catherine Smith, the Client, and shall be effective as of the date first above written.
