7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

Confidential Information: The contractor acknowledges that they may have access to confidential information belonging to the Client during the contract. Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and refrain from disclosing it to any third party without prior written consent from the Client.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: The contractor agrees to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon contract commencement, outlining specific terms and obligations regarding protecting confidential information.

8. Termination Conditions:

Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause, including but not limited to breach of contract, gross misconduct, or illegal activities.
Notice Period: In the event of termination without cause, either party shall provide a 30-day prior written notice to the other party.

9. Dispute Resolution:
