Fixed-Term Contract

This Agreement may be terminated following the provisions outlined in Exhibit C, attached hereto ("Termination Clauses").
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction].
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with all Exhibits attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the matters discussed herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, and agreements.
