JCT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AGREEMENT
This Construction Contract Agreement is made this May 15, 2055 (the "Effective Date") by and between [YOUR NAME], with registered address at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and [RECIPIENT'S NAME], with a business address at [RECIPIENT'S ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
SERVICES

COMPENSATION
For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, the Client agrees to compensate the Contractor in accordance with the price schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein.
TIMELINES
The Contractor shall commence the Work on [START DATE] and shall substantially complete the Work by [COMPLETION DATE], subject to extension in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in performing the Work.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in this Agreement.
TERMINATION
The Client may terminate this Agreement upon providing written notice to the Contractor.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, any Exhibits and all amendments, modifications and supplements to this Agreement.
FORCE MAJEURE
No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of [JURISDICTION].
