Freelance Makeup Artist Contract

1. Introduction

Use high-quality, sanitized makeup products and tools to ensure the safety and comfort of the Client.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the photo shoot, disposing of any used products and materials responsibly.

7. Intellectual Property

The Client retains all rights to the photographs taken during the photo shoot. The Makeup Artist may use photos of the makeup application for promotional purposes, with the Client's explicit consent.

8. Liability

The Makeup Artist shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from the use of makeup products. The Client agrees to inform the Makeup Artist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the commencement of services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during this agreement confidential. This includes but is not limited to personal information, business strategies, and creative concepts discussed during consultations.
