Pet Sitting Contract
1. Introduction
This Pet Sitting Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into on the 20th day of January 2055, ("Effective Date"), by and between [PET SITTER'S NAME] (referred to as the "Pet Sitter"), residing at [PET SITTER'S ADDRESS], and [YOUR NAME] (referred to as the "Pet Owner"), residing at [YOUR ADDRESS], regarding the care of their pet(s), [PET'S NAME(S)], (referred to as the "Pet(s)").
2. Terms of Employment
The Pet Sitter agrees to provide pet care services as outlined by the Pet Owner. This includes but is not limited to, feeding, walking, grooming, and administering any necessary medications to the pet(s) specified by the Pet Owner. The Pet Owner agrees to provide all necessary supplies for the care of the pet(s) during the specified period.
3. Compensation
In consideration of the services provided, the Pet Owner agrees to compensate the Pet Sitter at the rate of [Rate] per Hour. Payment shall be made via Cash or Bank Transfer upon completion of the pet care services.
4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
The Pet Sitter agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding the Pet Owner and their pet(s). This includes but is not limited to, personal information, home address, and any other sensitive information obtained during employment.
5. Termination Conditions
Either party may terminate this contract with 7 days' notice in writing. In the event of termination, the Pet Sitter shall return any keys or access codes provided by the Pet Owner for pet care.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, it shall be escalated to arbitration conducted per the rules of [Arbitration Institution]. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
7. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country].
8. Entire Agreement
