Pressure Washing Contract

4. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Service Provider shall ensure that the work is carried out to the satisfaction of the Client and by the agreed-upon conditions. The Client shall be responsible for providing any necessary permits or permissions required for the work to be carried out.
5. INSURANCE
The Service Provider shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of this Agreement to protect against claims for damages for personal injury and property damage that may arise from operations under this Agreement.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of termination to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall be obligated to pay for any services rendered before termination.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public information obtained during this Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
