GYM MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT
THIS MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into this DAY of MONTH, YEAR by [YOUR NAME] (hereinafter, the "Fitness Center"), a company incorporated under the laws of STATE/COUNTRY, with its primary place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] and [MEMBER'S NAME], (hereinafter the "Member"), residing at [MEMBER'S ADDRESS].
1. MEMBERSHIP
Upon expressing their consent to the terms elaborated within this Contract document, the individual who is referred to as "the Member" within the present context, unequivocally commits to subscribing for a membership linked to the institution identified under the name of "Fitness Center".
2. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The specific duration or term of this particular Contract will be active for the total span of one year. This period will commence from the date on which both parties become officially joined under this Contract. Following the conclusion of this initial agreement period, it is possible to renew and extend the duration of this Contract. However, such an extension is contingent on mutual consent, meaning both parties must be in agreement concerning the renewal.
3. MEMBERSHIP FEES
The individual who is identified as the Member is obligated to Render payment to the Fitness Center. The amount of this payment, which is defined as the membership fee, is the sum of $50. It is agreed that this amount shall be payable on a specific date, which is the 1st day of January, and this payment cycle is to occur on an annual basis every year.
4. RULES AND REGULATIONS
The person who has been identified as a Member must adhere to all the rules and guidelines. These rules and guidelines have been both established and put into effect by the Fitness Center.
5. LIABILITY
Use of the Fitness Center facilities is at the Member's own risk. The Fitness Center is not liable for any personal injuries; lost, damaged, or stolen items; or any other damage which may occur on the premises.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Member agrees to indemnify and hold the Fitness Center harmless from all claims, demands, losses, defense costs, or damages that the Fitness Center may suffer as a result of the Member's activities while using the Fitness Center.
7. GOVERNING LAW
The terms and conditions of this Contract shall fall under the jurisdiction and shall be interpreted by the laws that are enforced in the state of jurisdiction.
