Spa Membership Contract
This Spa Membership Contract (the "Contract") is made effective as of [DATE], between [YOUR NAME], of [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], (the "Spa Owner"), and [Customer's Name], of [Customer's Address] (the "Customer").
1. MEMBERSHIP
Membership gives the Customer access to the spa services on the terms and conditions described in this Contract. The Customer acknowledges that usage of the spa facilities and services may be subject to additional rules and regulations established by the Spa Owner.
2. DURATION
The Customer's membership will commence on the effective date of this Contract and will continue every month until terminated by either party following the termination provisions of this Contract.
3. MEMBERSHIP FEES

4. SERVICES

5. MEMBERSHIP RULES
This Contract is personal to the Customer and is non-transferable. The Customer agrees to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Spa Owner for the use of facilities and services.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Contract at any time, for any reason, by providing the other party written notice of termination. If termination is initiated by the Customer, no refund of any fees will be granted.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract will be resolved through arbitration following the rules of the [Region/Country's Legal Arbitration Body].
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Spa Owner can't be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from the Customer's failure to follow spa rules or misuse of facilities.
