Club Membership Contract
This Club Membership Contract (the "Contract") is entered into by and between [YOUR NAME], hereinafter referred to as "Organization Leader", and [Member Name], hereinafter referred to as "Member" (each, a "Party", and collectively, the "Parties"), this [DATE].
1. MEMBERSHIP
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, Member shall be admitted as a member of the professional organization ("Organization") upon execution of this Contract.

6. GOVERNING LAW
The agreement within this contract, including its execution, performance, interpretation, termination, and all other related matters, shall be supervised, governed, and adjudicated following the laws and regulations of the specified jurisdiction.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract, along with the Membership Terms and Conditions, embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
