Blank Service Contract
This Maintenance and Repair Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between, [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", and [Client Name], located at [Client Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
1. Scope of Services
