Lead Generation Contract
The present contract, known as the Lead Generation Services Contract, also referred to as ("Contract,") is mutually agreed upon and officially entered on this specific date, referred to as the "Effective Date," [DATE]. The parties involved in this contract are, on one side, the service Provider, identified as [Your Name], primarily doing business at the provided address [Your Company Address], and on the other side, the Client, identified as [Client Name], who operates from the location specified as [Client Address]. Both the Provider and the Client are henceforth bound by and acknowledge the conditions specified in this Contract.
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to:
Identify and qualify potential leads based on criteria mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Implement lead generation strategies utilizing various marketing channels, including but not limited to digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Provide regular reports detailing lead generation activities, progress, and results.
2. Lead Criteria
The parties shall establish specific criteria for qualifying leads, including demographic information, interests, purchasing intent, and any other relevant factors necessary to meet the Client's objectives.
3. Compensation
In consideration for the services provided herein, the Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider as follows:
3.1 Flat Fee: The Client shall pay a flat fee of $1000 per month for the duration of the contract term.
3.2 Commission-Based: In addition to the flat fee, the Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a commission of $10% for each qualified lead generated.
3.3 Combination: Alternatively, the compensation may be a combination of a flat fee and commission-based structure. The flat fee is $800 per month, with an additional commission of $12% for each qualified lead generated.
Payment terms shall be net 30 days from the date of invoice. All payments shall be made in US dollars to the Service Provider's designated bank account via wire transfer.
4. Ownership of Leads
All leads generated by the Service Provider pursuant to thisContract shall be the property of the Client. The Service Provider shall promptly provide all generated leads to the Client upon request.
5. Confidentiality
The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Contract. This includes but is not limited to client lists, lead databases, and marketing strategies.
6. Term and Termination
This Contract shall commence on [Commencement Date] and shall continue for an initial term of Two (2) Years, unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the termination provisions outlined herein.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction]. 8. Entire Contract
