Dog Walking Contract
This Dog Walking Contract ("Contract") is entered into on March 22, 2050, between, [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Walker", and [Dog Owner's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Owner".
1. Services Provided
The Walker agrees to provide dog walking services to the Owner's dog(s) named Buddy.
The dog walking services will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 AM, beginning on April 1, 2050.

The Owner agrees to pay the Walker a fee of $15 per week, payable on the first day of each month.
Payment shall be made via cash or electronic transfer.
4. Responsibilities of the Walker
The Walker shall arrive promptly at the scheduled time to pick up and return Buddy.
The Walker shall ensure the safety and well-being of Buddy during the walking sessions.
The Walker shall adhere to any special instructions provided by the Owner regarding the care and handling of Buddy.
5. Responsibilities of the Owner
The Owner shall provide necessary equipment such as leashes, harnesses, and waste bags for Buddy.
The Owner shall disclose any relevant information about Buddy's behavior, health, or special needs.
The Owner shall ensure that Buddy is up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
6. Liability
The Walker shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by Buddy during the walking sessions, unless due to gross negligence or misconduct on the part of the Walker.
The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold the Walker harmless from any claims arising out of Buddy's behavior or actions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party within a minimum of 7 days.
In the event of termination, any outstanding fees shall be paid to the Walker by the Owner.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State].
