PARKING CONTRACT
THIS CONTRACT made this day of [DATE], by and between [Your Company Name] ("Park Management"), and [CUSTOMER'S NAME] ("Tenant").
1. TERMS OF CONTRACT
Park Management agrees to lend to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to rent from Park Management, the parking space known as [PARKING SPACE] located at [ADDRESS]. The term of this Contract shall be for [DURATION], commencing on [START DATE] and ending on [END DATE].
2. RENT
The amount that will need to be paid each month for the rent of the parking space is [AMOUNT]. According to our agreement, this declared amount should be paid every month at each interval, specifically on or before the [DAY] of each respective month throughout the entire duration of our agreed term.
3. USE OF PREMISES
Tenant agrees to use the parking space solely for parking one passenger vehicle described as follows: [VEHICLE DESCRIPTION]. The use of the parking space is restricted to non-commercial purposes.
4. RULES AND REGULATIONS
Tenant shall abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Park Management regarding the use of the parking space. This includes but is not limited to:
Parking within the designated space.
Not obstructing driveways, entrances, or other vehicles.
Prohibiting the storage of hazardous materials in the parked vehicle.
5. DEFAULT AND TERMINATION
In the event of Tenant's failure to comply with any material provision of this Contract or any applicable rules and regulations, Park Management reserves the right to terminate this Contract upon providing [NOTICE PERIOD] written notice to Tenant.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Park Management harmless from any liabilities, damages, or claims arising from Tenant's use of the parking space or Tenant's breach of this Contract.
7. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING
The individual who is currently leasing the property, referred to as the Tenant, is expressly prohibited from either subletting or assigning the assigned parking space or this existing Contract to another party. Such actions can only be made permissible through obtaining prior consent in written form from the entity or individual responsible for managing the property, referred to as the Park Management.
8. ENTIRE CONTRACT
This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
