1. Rental Term
The rental term shall commence on April 15, 2050, and terminate on April 15, 2051. This agreement is for a fixed term and shall not be subject to early termination unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. Rent Amount
The Tenant agrees to pay a fixed monthly rent of $1000 for the duration of the lease term. The first month's rent shall be due and payable on April 15, 2050, and subsequent rent payments shall be due on the 15th of each month thereafter.
3. Payment Method
